Manuals

The MpCCI documentation is split up into several manuals which are also called parts. Each part aims at a special kind of readers.

  • The Release Notes contain information on changes versus prior versions of MpCCI. They are thus interesting for users, who have some experience with earlier versions of MpCCI.
  • The Installation Guide describes how to install MpCCI. It also contains information about the licensing.
  • Getting Started is intended for new users of MpCCI. The most important features of MpCCI are described by following a typical setup of a coupled simulation.
  • The User Manual contains a complete overview of the functions and features of MpCCI. This includes information on code coupling, command line options and functions of the MpCCI GUI.
  • The Codes Manual contains code-specific information. For each code which can be coupled with MpCCI a section is included.
  • Tutorial is a collection of examples which are explained in detail.
  • The Programmers Guide is intended for users who want to write their own code adapters or who want to use MpCCI as a library.
